A Taste of Tasmania

We specialise in a Taste of Tasmania and can create unique Tasmanian inspired meals for your stay.  Please look through some of our sample menu's for an idea of what we can do.  All our meals are sourced locally so our meals change with the season.

Main course
Roast Lamb with mint sauce
Wallaby Pilau – an African inspired spiced rice dish with wallaby meat
Steamed Octopus – caught in Bass Strait
Green Lipped Abolone – from Tassie's west coast.

From our garden:
Freshly dug Dutch Cream potatoes
Fresh green beans
Baby carrots

Dessert:
Maple and Pecan Pastry Braid served with whipped cream and icecream.

Main course:
Roast Lamb  - from the farm
served with mint sauce and traditional gravy

From our garden:
Freshly dug Dutch Cream potatoes
Fresh green beans and carrots
Roasted Garlic

Other Roasted vegetables:
Sweet Potato
Beetroot from Cameron's Farm (5 km away)
Kentish Pumpkin

Dessert:
Marshmallow Pavlova & Fresh Fruit served with whipped cream and icecream.

Mediterranean Vegetables and Haloumi Bruschetta

For Him
Ocean Trout  with Proscuitto with caper butter

For Her:
Leek and Fetta Triangles

Dutch Cream Potatoes in Parsley Butter
Green Salad

Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with Rhubarb Jelly served with whipped cream and icecream.
